Board members opened the meeting by discussing the late fee letter.

We also discussed adding the financial information to the welcome packet.

We discussed to go back and see who is paying the electric and water bills for the trailer.  An email was sent to David Self, which there was no response to as of yet.

The business manager duties were discussed as well as the option to pay with a credit card.

The next board meeting will take place at Panera Bread on the Friday, July 7th at 7am.
