Please expect the following with the Spring Irrigation Start Up service we provide:
Service will be performed in the month of April or May when the threat of freezing temperatures is no longer an issue.
There will be two days available for this service. We will announce this by email and text and coordination by our business manager will take place in order to make this a smooth process. Residents will need to be home in order to have this service done unless they have turned the inside of their sprinklers on.
Powering on system.
Adjustment of sprinkler heads.
Evaluation of damage if any to system (written estimate will be provided before work is performed).
Please expect the following with the Fall Sprinkler Shut Down service we provide:

There will be two days available for this service. We will announce this by email and text and coordination by the business manager will take place in order to make this a smooth process. Residents will need to be home in order to have this service done unless you have turned your system off inside.
