Board members opened up the meeting with discussing what to do with the surplus in the bank.  Residents responded to this discussion and expressed their concerns.

We also looked over the spreadsheets into 2019 to show us what the numbers would look like if we dropped to 6 months reserves.

We decided that the dues would be $100 as of January 2018.  Although the board does not anticipate changes to this plan in the foreseeable future, as stated in the Copper Ridge By-laws, HOA dues may be changed or increased as deemed necessary by the board.  Dues will remain $125 a month through December 2017.

We discussed the discount at the first of the year as well as sending checks in the amount of $500 out to residents as of July 1st.

The Board also sent A Clean Cut the balance owed to him in the amount of $750 as there weren’t any significant issues caused by the plowing problems during the later snows.
