Minutes
Board Meeting at Panera Eagle Run
August 1, 2018 at 9:00am

In Attendance:

Board Members: Fred Gottschalk, Ed Ganey, Jerry Roslawski,
Business Manager: Suzi King
Guest: Gary Krause
Absent: Tony Caruso, Jeanne Brown

Minutes of last month’s meeting accepted as correct by Board.

Old Business:

• CR streets still scheduled for repair in September

New Business:

• 3 Copper Ridge condos have been sold. They will break ground on new building soon.
• Suzi to give us synopsis of lawn care survey at next meeting
• The new Copper Ridge website should be completed by 9/1 with pics added to website.The plan was not to have residents register, but due to a new membership software,they will need to register again.
• There will be discussion at the next meeting concerning yearly resident meeting and possible holiday party tie-in.
• We will also review the covenants at the next meeting to see if changes to be made by vote at yearly meeting.
• Follow up action will be taken to get a report from the Welcoming Committee Chairs for updates and actions being taken to greet and inform new residents.
• The next Board Meeting will be Wednesday, September 5, 2018 @ 9am at Panera 134th& West Maple Road.
