Board Meeting at Panera Eagle Run
September 5, 2018 at 9:00am

In Attendance:

Board Members: Fred Gottschalk, Tony Caruso, Jerry Roslawski, Jeanne Brown
Business Manager: Suzi King
Absent: Ed Gainey

Guest: None

Minutes of last month’s meeting accepted as correct by Board.

Old Business:

• CR streets scheduled for repair in October

New Business:

• Discussed budget and expenses for remainder of 2018.
• Discussed dues for 2019.
• Discussed annual meeting dates – Possibly November 13th or 20th.
• Suzi to inquire about aeration and seeding costs.
• Fred to look into fencing estimate.
• Trees to be planted by Roberts at the entrance this fall.
• Discussed clean-up at entrance and home owner’s park area on the south of Hartman Ave.
• Discussed residence interested in running for the board.
• Discussed welcoming package to new residents.
• The next Board Meeting will be Friday, October 12, 2018 @ 9am at Panera 134th & West Maple Road.
