Copper Ridge HOA Minutes Board Meeting at Panera Eagle Run July 11, 2018 at 9:00am

In Attendance:

Board Members: Fred Gottschalk, Ed Ganey, Jerry Roslawski, Tony Caruso, Business Manager: Suzi King Absent: Jeanne Brown Guest: Mike Engler

• Minutes of last month’s meeting accepted as correct by Board.

Old Business:

• SID accepted bids for street repairs. Approximate repair date September.

New Business:

• Form for residents concerning lawn preferences sent out week of July 9^th. Request all submit. Suzi to contact each household.
• Proposal by Suzi King to refresh website with new technology and appearance. Board approved.
  • Covenants and bylaws will be posted. Two items having inquiries.
    • Cost of painting exteriors is not covered by HOA dues but color must be approved by HOA board.
    • All permanent improvements i.e., fences or decks, must be submitted to HOA board for approval.
  • Pictures of Copper Ridge for advertising of neighborhood to be posted on public portion of website. Pictures looking great.
