3.11.15 – In attendance: Ed Ganey, Tim Schmad, and Jackie Smith. Guest: Kevin Beene (A Clean Cut Lawn and Landscape)

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m.

Snow and Lawn Service:

The main purpose of the meeting was to meet with Kevin Beene, owner of A Clean Cut Lawn and Landscape, to discuss the three-year agreement that his company had with Joel Chudy for snow and lawn service for Copper Ridge. The board and Beene agreed to revise the agreement (estimate) and to put it into a legal contract. (Subsequent to this meeting, the contract has been revised and signed by both parties. Therefore, A Clean Cut will once again be providing its services.)

Other Matters:

The board has wondered how it would know when new residents move into Copper Ridge. Ed Ganey said that he inquired about this, and that we will be notified when new residents move in.

Covenants:

The board received a landscaping proposal from Copper Ridge resident Terry Kocsis for the board to approve. The proposal was approved. It was mentioned that we should provide CR HOA Covenants for any resident who desires a copy.

Board Vacancies:

There are two positions open on the CR HOA board. Tim Schmad recommended that Terry Kocsis be appointed to the board; the appointment was approved.

March 30, 2015, Meeting:

There will be an informal general meeting of the CR HOA board on Monday, March 30, at 7:00 p.m. It will be held at Saddle Brook Elementary School. The school is located at 14850 Laurel Avenue. All residents are invited. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the residents of the work the CR HOA board has completed. It will also serve to get input of residents who might want to serve on various committees.
