Discussions on the following:

• Those who don’t want their lawns mowed.
• Those who had complaints.
• That those who wanted aeration and overseeding would need to call Robert’s Nursery by October 1^st.
• That Robert’s Nursery will come out and try to do everyone over the course of two days to do everyone’s yards who would like aeration and overseeding.
• The monthly rate for dues is going to be $110/month beginning January 1^st.
• Discussions will occur yearly regarding dues rate and will be dependent on certain circumstances.
• The HOA reserves
