Board Meeting at Panera Eagle Run
October 11, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.

In April/May a treatment will be applied to lawns for grub control. (This is for lawns only – this does not include trees and shrubs which would be individual homeowner responsibility.)

Aeration and overseeding will take place October 16 and 17. This will be completed for those who wish to have this service for their lawn. Homeowners are individually responsible for the cost of this service over and above HOA dues and for setting own appointments.

Ash trees at entrance will be treated in the spring. Homeowners are financially responsible for treating their own ash trees. Robert’s Nursery will offer a discount for this service if you want them to do this for you.

The SID will winterize the entrance.

On October 21 and 22 the annual irrigation blowout for each homeowner. This service is included in the cost of your HOA dues.

This week (week ending October 14) regarding mowing: Mowing will take place on Friday or Saturday (our normal day is Thursday) October 13, 14. This is completely dependent on weather. If it rains then the lawns may not be mowed until Sunday or Monday (October 15 or 16).

The HOA Board by unanimous vote has contracted Robert’s Nursery to do holiday brite ideas decorations. These decorations will be installed sometime in November.

Beginning January 1, 2018, dues will drop to $110/month for this coming year only. 2019 and beyond will be determined by budget and reserve needs at that time.

Please note, our Annual Resident Meeting is coming up. It will be held at Saddlebrook Elementary School in the cafeteria located at 14850 Laurel. This meeting will be on Tuesday, November 14th, 2017 @ 6:30pm.

Also as a reminder there are 2 open board positions. Voting will take place at the annual meeting. Please make every effort to attend and be informed of all that is going on. If you are unable to be present, please send a proxy vote by proxy form (that will be sent out by email) with your neighbor or friend. One vote per household is allowed. Nominees will be announced soon. If you wish to be nominated please submit your name to Suzi King asap. crhoa@icloud.com

Updates on Condo construction will be given at the annual meeting. We will reach out to the owner to see if he can attend.
