We held a meeting on December 7, 2016 at Fred’s house at 7:00.

Present at the meeting was Fred Gottschalk, Jeanne Brown, Terry Kocsis, Ed Ganey, and Jackie Smith.

Guest Mike Engler and Jerry Roslawski also attended.

Our business manager Suzi King also attended the meeting.

Jeanne presented the lawn and snow removal contracts from each perspective bidder that we have received as of December 1st. She also presented a list of the cost monthly and annually of each contract received. We went over the cost of each one monthly and annually cost per contract. We also gathered some questions that we will ask in the interviews. We will start the interview process for the new contract for 2017 starting December 10th at 11:00 at Fred’s home. The board members that can attend will be present. Also, the next interview times will take place on December 13th at 11:00 at Fred’s home.

We also discussed the SID approval of the waste collection services on a district wide basis and recycling contract that will take place January 1, 2017. Suzi will send out letters to those who prefer communication via snail mail and will email everyone that we have an email address for.

Fred also stated no delinquent residence for the month of December 2016.

The meeting was adjourned at 8 o’clock.
