Note for Realtors & New Residents:

Effective 1.1.2024 HOA Dues are $135/month and due on the 1st of the month/quarter, etc. Late fees will be assessed if your dues have not been received by the 10th day of the month.

If you are using a bill pay service through your bank, please make sure that the date you allows your check to be received by the 1st of the month. Dues are late after the 1st of the month.
