If you do not wish to provide entry to your home for the irrigation turn on service, the Board has provided a tutorial below.

We have provided water turn off from your home, a reversal is needed to turn outside water on.  When notified your sprinklers are to be turned. Go to where your waters pipes are located.

Note: Outside water is the larger pipe than the smaller inside water pipe. It has two levers one is to shut down or open a drain and it should be placed in a horizontal position not vertical position. The second lever on the outside water should be put in a vertical position going with the flow of water and will turn on outside water. You do not need to provide entry to sprinkler people.  Do this turn on process when informed that the sprinkler people will be turning on your outside water system.
