Minutes of meeting for Copper Ridge HOA held on June 15, 2016 at Home of Frederic Gottschalk at 7:00pm.

Members Present: Ed Ganey, Jeanne Brown, Terry Kocsis, Frederic Gottschalk and Business Manager Suzi King.

In answers to questions regarding why we did not offer to buy the Eagle at the entrance-we were never offered such a proposal probably because Joel’s father owns the Eagle and also the Eagle is insured for $50,000 and Joel thinks it such be insured for $75,000 so I do not think we want to pay those amounts for the Eagle anyway. We will wait until if and when the eagle is actually going to be removed before reporting on its removal. We will continue to insure the Eagle as long as it is located on HOA property.

SID 427 will meet on June 29th to vote on bids to repair streets and our entrance area-our entrance is in the first priority to be repaired with cement upon cement covering pot holes.

Delinquencies in paying monthly dues to the HOA are not numerous. Sixteen residents paid a full year’s payment which had a 5% discount. Most residents are paying on a monthly basis not quarterly. The Board stated due to Privacy Issues the names of residents that are delinquent will not be published in Board minutes or listed on the Web Site.

Please note earth moving equipment now being located on the Multi Housing area preparing for moving dirt for future housing. This site is not located on our HOA property but is a different HOA which also is part of the SID 420

We will attempt to have our July Meeting in the middle of July possibly at 7:30 AM.
