CR HOA Minutes
August 29, 2016

We met at 4PM at Fred Gottschalk’s home August 29, 2016 with Terry Kocsis, Jeanne Brown and Frederic Gottschalk attending and Mike Engler attending as invited.  Terry presented a version of a survey identifying items for Snow Removal and Lawn Care that might be considered to use to request bids for a new contract this Fall-winter time.  The Board after discussion decided a version of this survey should be placed on our Web Site and Suzi at that should by e-mail inform residents of it appearing on the Web Site.  Further discussion of when to begin to seek information from potential bidders went on and it was decided that A Clean Cut and three other potential bidders would receive a revised Survey to determined their potential interest in bidding and their comments directed to the ideas mentioned in the Survey.  We also discussed if bidding should be on a monthly cost basis or an event basis and perhaps we need one party to do land care and another party to do snow removal and will await the response from potential bidders to determine these approaches.

Fred Gottschalk will turn in a form needed to have our 2016 Annual Meeting at Saddlebrook Elementary School to be held on Tuesday November 15th at 6:30 pm if we receive permission by school authorities.  Our next HOA Meeting is scheduled now for October 6 probably in the early evening so that working members may be able to attend.

I know that Jackie Smith and Fred Gottschalk will have to run for an additional one year term if they so desire and other members will have to let me know if they have to run for election at the annual meeting.

Delinquencies are not a problem at this time has been indicated by Suzi who has promised the Board to provide a formal report, but had a previous event to attend on August 29.
