CR HOA Minutes
August 5, 2016

HOA Meeting at 4PM at Frederic Gottschalk Home.  Attending were Terry Kocsis, Jeanne Brown, and Fred Gottschalk with Suzi King as Business Manager attending.

Board discussed haing the 2016 Annual Meeting on Tuesday November 15th and the next Board meeting on Thursday September 15th at 4 PM.

Terry Kocsis volunteered to review language in BYLAWS dealing with Term Limits of Directors and the election of 1/3 of Directors for a term of one year and 1/3 of Directors for a term of two years and 1/3 of Directors for three years.  Perhaps we only need Board of Directors elected for three years and a term limit of two terms consecutively or perhaps no term limits.

Terry Kocsis volunteered to review language and guidlines for a contract to be use for the selection of Lawn Care and snow removal companies who must be licensed and insured.We discussed snow removal from Driveways at one inch of snow, snow removal for sidewalks at two inches of snow and 1/4 inch of ice for application of  ice melt.  Lawn care regarding weed control especially and need for edge trimming of sidewalks may be a problem.

We discussed the problem of water from a sump pump pouring down Hartman Avenue to the entrance from 15657 N 157TH Street in violation of SID 427 rules and County rules on Streets and possible problems for icing on Hartman and damage to the cement at the Entrance during the winter months.
