Board members opened up the meeting with the discussion of the reserves and how many months should be kept on hand in the bank at all times.  The surplus at the bank and how to handle that was also discussed.

We discussed the lawn care issues and how to best handle them.  The cost of lawn care was further discussed as well.

We also talked about the annual meeting.

Our next meeting will be on April 5th at 5pm to further discuss these items.
